Four luxury homes on their own private road, on the site of a derelict tennis club.
Moss Side, Manchester
Unused land on the corner of Moss Lane and Broadfield Road, planned as four modern three-storey townhouses.
Broadfield Road is our next chapter in Moss Side, a few minutes from Moss Lane East. The site is unused land on a prominent corner where Moss Lane meets Broadfield Road — the kind of plot that has been looked past for years.
We're planning four modern three-storey townhouses, each designed to maximise comfort, functionality and long-term value, with energy-efficient construction and an elevation that answers the Victorian and Edwardian streets around it.
The scheme is currently at planning stage. If you'd like to register interest in the homes, or talk to us about a similar site, we'd like to hear from you.
