Moss Lane East
Moss Side, Manchester
A terrace of energy-efficient family homes that turned an underused site into a street.
Whalley Range, Manchester · English Martyrs
Four luxury homes in Whalley Range, built around wall-to-wall glass and a road of their own.
The site had been a tennis club. As membership dwindled over the years it fell disused and derelict — an overgrown gap in one of Manchester's most characterful suburbs, within sight of the English Martyrs spire.
Our clients bought the land wanting homes that were high quality, unique and right for their context. The answer was Lawn Drive: four homes in buff brick with deep-set windows and crisp gables, arranged along a new private road.
Inside, each ground floor opens up into one generous space that ties together a living room, a day room and the kitchen, then dissolves into the garden through bi-folding doors spanning wall to wall. The homes were completed in December 2021.
